Nazareth

Nazareth is a holy Christian city, the third in importance after Jerusalem and Bethlehem.

According to the Gospel, Nazareth was the site of the Annunciation and the childhood and youth of Jesus Christ. Nazareth has the largest Catholic Church of the Annunciation in the Middle East and the Greek Orthodox Church of the Archangel Gabriel over the spring of the Virgin Mary.
